Coupa ↔ Salesforce integration
When a customer order is booked in Salesforce, the integration raises the Coupa purchase orders needed to fill it and sends PO status back to the order, which shows the account team where supply stands. It also syncs contracts between Salesforce and Coupa CLM, including parties, terms, dates, values, and signed documents, so sales, legal, and procurement work from the same record.
