PO SMARTVIEW

Stay on top of Receiving and Invoicing tasks with PO SmartView. As a free add-on to the Coupa homepage, you get a summary of your open PO lines with quick links to take action or view details. PO SmartView extends Coupa’s platform and increases productivity by further simplifying and streamlining the user experience.

 

Finance and Accounting departments will quickly realize value as the receiving process is further automated, and it becomes no longer necessary to chase down PO owners, prompting them to enter receipts and review invoices by month end.

The panel app, displayed on the user’s Coupa home page, includes the specific user’s PO Lines pending receipt or pending invoicing. The fields include:

  • PO Number

  • Line

  • Supplier

  • Items

  • Line Total

  • Approved Invoices

  • Left to Receive

  • Pending Invoices

  • Match Level

 

Left to Receive is a calculated field which displays either quantities and unit prices, or amounts, dependent upon PO Line Type. You get a summary of your open PO lines with quick links to take action or view details.
